Shipping and return policies for Jadac

Shipping Info

After we received payment we usually ship your order within 1 week. Orders from The Netherlands will usually arrive the next day. International shipping takes between 7-30 days (depending on where you’re from).

WE WILL REFUND OVERPAID SHIPPING COSTS.

International customers will be responsible for all customs, duties and tax charges, which may vary from country to country. You may also be subject to a surcharge by the Postal Services for the handling of your order through customs and/or for addresses outside of their standard delivery area. We have no control over these charges and they are not included in our Product or Shipping and Handling fees.

We cannot accommodate requests for credit on orders that have been refused by the recipient or are undeliverable because of an incorrect (international) address.

We send out most of all orders with TNT Postal Services. This is the cheapest way of sending small packages but it means that they’re not trackable. If you DO want your order to be shipped with a tracking number please contact us directly and we can make arrangements against extra payment.

Return Policy

Jadac Recordings can not be held responsible for loss or damaged goods inflicted by the postal services, but rest assured we will pack them as good as reasonably possible to avoid damage being made to the record and folder. Damaged or lost goods can therefore not be refunded. By purchasing goods via the Jadac Recordings’ Bandcamp web shop you agree with these terms. Jadac Recordings ship without Track and Trace. If you want to have absolute certainty about your order arriving safely, please contact us before ordering, as Track and Trace-shipments are more expensive, and we will add these extra shipping costs to your order.
